On this freelance Head of Brand mission for Samsung (French market), I built an end-to-end AI-first approach for CRM, SEA, and WhatsApp creative production, replacing a large part of the traditional “photoshoot + retouching” workflow with AI-generated “product shoots” designed as a scalable library of scenes, settings, use cases, and seasonal contexts.

I defined prompting rules, rendering constraints, and a quality-control process to ensure full Brand VI consistency, then industrialized AI workflows (generation, variations, compositing, upscaling, multi-format exports) to quickly produce adaptations by audience, format, and message. Finally, I implemented a systematic CRM design framework and an iterative creative optimization loop (variants, reframing, hooks, A/B tests), while coordinating agencies, studios, and freelancers through Trello to support high-volume delivery and smooth approvals.
