Led the branding strategy across CRM, SEA, and WhatsApp campaigns for the French market, with an AI-first approach to creative production. Created AI-generated “product shoots” tailored to specific targets and contexts (seasonality, visual universe, use cases) without organizing dedicated photoshoots, then adapted and deployed assets across Google Ads, Meta Ads, CRM, and WhatsApp. Designed and scaled AI workflows (generation, variations, quality control, multi-format exports) to speed up the production of visuals and video content. Built a systematic CRM visual identity to align messaging and visuals, and continuously optimized creatives/videos through AI-driven iterations (variants, reframing, hooks, A/B tests) to improve performance while reducing time-to-market. Coordinated creative agencies, in-house studios, and freelancers, using structured collaborative processes in Trello to streamline communication, ensure brand consistency, and accelerate deliverable approvals.
