At Lacoste, as a CRM Design Specialist, I led the premiumization of CRM assets by designing and modernizing templates, and by advancing the business-trigger strategy with the CRM team to optimize key use cases such as abandoned cart and product-view retargeting, with a strong focus on conversion.
I also contributed to the redesign of digital assets for EMEA websites by improving the user experience in partnership with the e-shop team, while implementing a new Jira workflow to streamline internal processes and mentoring a junior team member.
