At Oscaro, as Head of Design, I designed the brand guidelines through a complete overhaul of the visual identity and deployed them across all print and digital touchpoints.

I also developed a targeted Instagram social media strategy to boost brand awareness and engagement, revamped the visual identity and tone of voice for CRM activations in close collaboration with the CRM team, and advanced the marketing and design strategy by producing EMEA-wide print and digital campaigns (magazines, Google Ads, Meta Ads, newsletters) with motion design to maximize impact.

Finally, I implemented Agile practices via Jira to streamline coordination and improve efficiency within the marketing team.
